The Company’s platform and first game title launched in Q1 2026 establishing a new category of authentic games offering real world opportunities.
This is an established independent platform developer and games studio from ‘that guy’ that brought GAN into being, a regulated Software-as-a-Service provider of games software. Listed on NASDAQ in May 2020, GAN was sold to International video games developer SEGA Sammy Holdings, Inc. in 2023.
